The “Intercultural Tour Guide Qualification“ seminars are offered as basic and advanced seminars. Groups of at least twelve tour guides participate in the six-day modules basic, advanced, and proficiency. The objectives are to better understand developments and global contexts and to address the expectations and behaviours of tourists – in order to become better facilitators between cultures. The seminars not only teach content and methodology, but also provide participants with practical tools for their argumentation and train them to improve their communication skills – in video analysis as well as outdoors under simulated real-life conditions. Having completed the seminar, participates get their certificates.
